There is no information currently on their website regarding this closure, but a call we placed to Nirvanix on 9/23/2013 confirms that they are not accepting new clients, they cannot replicate the current data, and they are no longer performing backups of any kind with existing data. This is a critical issue to say the least. Some of the larger companies affected by this closure include IBM, Dell, HP, and Symantec.
